Make a Payment

There are a number of ways to pay for your heating and hot water. We can help you choose the method that works best for you and you can change the way you pay your bill at any time, simply by getting in touch with us.

Pay a paper bill

Simply enter your customer account number (as it appears on your bill) and the amount you’d like to pay. You’ll be linked to our secure payment portal which will take payment from either a debit or credit card.


Top up online

You just need your email address and Insite Energy account password. Once you've logged in, you'll be able to top-up your energy credit.


Register a new card

You can register a new credit or debit card to pay for the heating and hot water that you use here.

Set up automatic payments

You can set up your account to take automatic payments from a registered debit or credit card so you never have to worry about topping up your meter.

Understanding your bill

Each month, your heat supplier provides us with remote readings from your heat meter. Your meter measures the amount of heating and hot water you have used in your home.

We use these actual meter readings to calculate what you owe, according to the tariff set by your heat supplier, plus a daily standing charge.

Your bill contains information about what energy and hot water you have used, what the charges are and how you can make payments.
