Dedicated Account Manager

All clients are supported by a dedicated account manager who will work as your long-term partner. They will be your first point of contact; able to efficiently resolve any issues faced by you or your residents and provide expert advice on debt management and recovery, usage and efficiency reporting, issue spotting and resolution and regulation advice.

Onboarding

From our experience over the last decade, delivering a scheme from construction and into post-occupation services is one of the most critical stages to achieve a successful heat network deployment. The set-up of scheme is key to get right to ensure you and your customers are happy from the get-go. 

Our Onboarding Team ensure that this happens, working closely with you and your contractors through the transition between site handover and billing go-live. They oversee on-site snagging during installation and/or commissioning and perform the back-off configuration of the selected metering systems pre-completion as per your requirements. 

What we offer

  • Dedicated handover management from construction into live metering & billing ensuring all risks & service requirements are captured, e.g., void cost calculations 
  • Oversight of on-site snagging & back-office configuration of metering systems pre-completion
  • Set-up & configuration of customer accounts & payment facilities in metering & CRM systems
  • Creation of welcome documentation, site-specific micro-website & contact number
  • Onboarding support to sales and lettings teams
  • Client training & support, including creation & execution of Services Contract, set-up of ringfenced bank accounts & reporting requirements.
