Boiler maintenance

Faulty boilers can be hugely problematic in your heat network. Not only could it mean that your residents would be without heating and hot water, but it also has potential safety risks, such as gas leaks or carbon monoxide emissions. Boiler maintenance is included in our plant room offering to ensure the safety of your residents and efficient provision of heat.

CHP system maintenance

The use of a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) system can avoid network losses and reduce emissions. CHP systems can pose a safety risk when not maintained to industry regulations. Having continued proactive maintenance can also prolong the lifespan of your CHP, reducing costs, while making the system more energy efficient.

Water quality treatment

Failure to monitor and maintain water quality from the plant room through to the HIU can lead to system failures, with 15% of UK heat network faults being a direct result of water quality issues. That is why our engineers carry out periodic water quality testing and provide treatment to ensure your heat network is in optimum condition.

In addition to the boiler and CHP, we also maintain the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Condition (HVAC) systems, electrical systems, control systems, and the insulated pipe network that provides heat from the plant room to your residents’ HIUs. This holistic offering ensures that your plant room operates effectively, safely and efficiently.
