ESCo Manager

Insite’s ESCo Manager solution provides everything you need to ensure that your heat network is effectively managed without being tied to long contracts. Services included are the management of meter & billing, fuel procurement, operation & maintenance, financial & legal administration, and reporting & compliance.

Network Efficiency Improvement (NEI) services

When working optimally, heat networks consume less energy than comparable dwellings with conventional gas boilers. However, like any system, heat networks can become less efficient over time, leading to higher energy costs and increased carbon emissions. In a 50-unit development, a 20% efficiency increase can generate savings of £16,121 per year.
