At the Decentralised Energy Awards 2023, Insite Energy’s Technical Manager, Alan Rocker, was a finalist for Rising Star, whose cross-functional expertise has driven improvements in first-time fix rates, five-star reviews, and overall service. We were also nominated for Digital Innovation with VANTAGE, a client portal that streamlines fault management and boosts energy efficiency, earning praise for transforming heat network operations with real-time data and insights.

The Association for Rental Living (ARL) represents the purpose-built rental sector, including multi-family and co-living. As members, we help drive the adoption of sustainable heat networks, advocating for energy-efficient solutions and ensuring residents’ properties benefit from affordable, low-carbon, and easy to manage heat options.

The Contact Centre Management Association (CCMA) champions best practices in contact centres across industries. As members, we strive to use the insights and skills gained to continue to drive customer service in the heat network sector, ensuring exceptional service for all residents alike.

In an industry traditionally dominated by men, District Heating Divas empowers women in the heat network sector. We connect, support, and collaborate to create a more inclusive environment, tackling industry challenges and ensuring heat networks are both more effective and diverse.

We’ve long advocated for stronger regulations to protect residents on heat networks, and the UK District Energy Association (UKDEA) helps us engage directly with Government to shape a smarter, more sustainable energy future. The Property Institute (TPI) is the professional body for residential property managers. Partnerships

KURVE is the UK’s first app-based metering solution for heat networks. Developed by Insite Energy in collaboration with SAV Systems, Kurve Technologies provide us with this digital pay-as-you-go (PAYG) system and web-app to enhance energy efficiency and help residents reduce their energy consumption by 24% on average. Guru Systems offers PAYG metering and data analytics for heat networks. Guru Hub I, Guru Hub II, and Guru Core 3 are supported by our excellent customer services team to provide flexible PAYG billing and an excellent service to your residents. Secure Meters provides PAYG metering via Liberty Connect and Pipit 500. These robust tools enable energy monitoring and flexible billing, even within retrofit projects. We have more solutions available than Secure Meters. If you have an existing or preferred system, we’re here to help.

Kamstrup provides smart metering solutions for credit billing with intelligent heat meters. We offer credit billing services using Kamstrup’s systems, ensuring long-term reliability and accuracy. Through this platform, we offer flexible and efficient procurement options for heat network services, ensuring seamless integration of our PAYG metering solutions with public sector projects, optimising energy management and cost efficiency.

Fusion21 delivers public sector procurement with a focus on social value.
