Who are Insite Energy

Insite Energy provides heat network metering, billing and payment services to private housing and commercial developers, housing associations, managing agents, landlords and contractors throughout the UK, supporting them throughout their life.

Established in 2009, we have grown significantly and are continuing to grow with expanding services across maintenance and compliance, as well as our core offering, with offices in both London and Peterborough.

At the 2021 UK Customer Experience Awards (CXA) we won Gold for the ‘Contact Centre – Small’ Award and ‘Customer Experience for SMEs’ Award. We also won the 2020-21 Decentralised Energy Award for ‘Heat and Efficiency: Digital Innovation’. Along with our ‘Excellent’ Trustpilot rating, averaging 4.7 Stars - these achievements are a testament to our fantastic people.

Doing right with Insite
