Packages are offered on a Serve, Maintain, or Protect basis depending on your requirements, with services paid for as needed, or via retained service contracts which include for preferential rates and terms over a fixed period.

Providing regular servicing of your key items of plant & equipment, with engineers on hand for any reactive maintenance requirements. Typical inclusions:

  • Planned servicing of defined items of plant & equipment
  • Annual charge
  • Minimum call-out fees
  • Response times based on engineer availability
  • Reporting as standard

Regular servicing with 24-hour response time for additional peace of mind. Typical inclusions:

  • Annual retainer fee
  • Discounted annual servicing charge

Insite Protect

Planned and reactive maintenance in line with Heat Trust requirements. Typical inclusions:

  • Planned servicing of defined items of plant & equipment
  • Reactive maintenance, including replacement & repair
  • All-inclusive parts (optional)
  • Annual retainer fee
  • Discounted annual servicing charge
  • Reduced call-out fees

Our ESCo Manager solution provides everything you need to ensure that your heat network is effectively managed, from metering & billing through to maintenance and fuel procurement. We’ll work with you to understand the elements of ESCo management that you would like us to deliver and provide a fixed service cost to cover the agreed scope over a term that works for you, whether that be 1, 3 or 10+ years.
