About the speaker:

Jarrad is Head of Sales – Operations & Maintenance at Insite Energy with a responsibility to advise and update housing providers and key stakeholders across all sectors on metering, billing, and maintenance within UK heat networks.

Working closely with social landlords, private developers, and property managers, Jarrad’s ethos has always been to focus on the end-user experience. By providing education to housing providers and operators, he assists them in enhancing residents' access to heating and hot water, while also optimising operational efficiencies that can lead to reduced energy bills.

Jarrad has 10 years’ experience working within the housing sector with a background in ventilation and renewable heating specifications, such as heat pumps, in both new build and retrofit applications. This has given him the experience to be a thought leader, taking complex topics and explaining them in a way that is easy to understand, encouraging strong working relationships and informed decision making across stakeholders.
