A bolder and brighter brand - but just as friendly and reliable

24th March 2022

Written by: Ellie Blacklock, Product Manager

Insite Energy has come a long way since its launch in 2010. With over 28,000 meter points and 230 schemes under our management, the best customer service in the heat network sector, and a host of new and established innovative services in our portfolio, it now feels like the right time to update our brand identity in line with our achievements, offering and aspirations.

Our new logo, launched today, is bold and powerful with strong, contrasting colours, mirroring how we stand out in the heat network industry. The warm tones and distinctive ring reflect not only heat networks, but the values that underpin everything we do – partnership, friendliness, flexibility, accountability and trustworthiness.

Insite Energy's new logo shows an orange gradient blob, with a navy circle interweaving. Insite Installations logo is red, Insite Maintenance's logo is green, Insite Lite's logo is pink, and Insite ESCo Manager logo is a gradient from blue to purple.

Each of the services we offer now has its own, coloured logo too, representing the growing and different ways in which we help our customers and clients. For example, the red in the Insite Installation logo illustrates how we get new heating systems up and running, while the green Insite Maintenance logo shows how we help to keep schemes running optimally, thereby reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions. You can expect to see these bright designs on our vans and staff uniforms when we’re on site.

“Our new bolder branding is designed to reflect the fact that we’ve become a strong player in the heat network metering and billing sector over the past twelve years, while the sector itself has grown significantly too,” said Managing Director, Anthony Coates-Smith. “It also points to the bright future we see ahead. But while our look has been updated, it’s still us. We are still totally focused on providing the best possible service to our customers. That will never change.”
