Ways to Pay your Bill (Credit Billing)

We offer a number of ways for you to pay your bill. Online via our Paypoint service, online banking or bank transfer. If you prefer to pay your bill in person, please visit your nearest Pay Point store or Post Office. You can even set up a Direct Debit with us, to remove the hassle of monthly payments.

Pay Online

You can pay your bill online. To make online payment to your credit account, click the button below. Please make sure to have your 8-digit customer account number and postcode to hand.

Pay with Payzone

You can also pay your bill in person at any shop that displays the Payzone logo. You will be able to pay over the counter using cash, credit or debit card. Please remember to take your bill along with you, as you will be asked for the barcode printed on your bill.

Pay at the Post Office

You can also make a payment onto your account by taking your bill to any Post Office. Please remember to take your bill along with you, as you will be asked for the barcode printed on your bill.

Pay over the phone

You can also pay your bill over the phone by calling the dedicated Customer Service number for your development between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Our Customer Service team can take payment over the phone from your debit or credit card.

The dedicated customer service team number for your building can be found on the 'Your Home' section. We are on hand Monday–Friday from 9am to 8.30pm, and 9am to 5.30pm on Saturdays.

Pay by Direct Debit

If you choose to set up a Direct Debit with us, we will automatically take payment each month for the full amount shown on your bill as ‘TOTAL NOW DUE’. The payment will normally be taken 14 days after the date that you receive your bill. This payment date will also be stated in red at the bottom of your bill.

If you would like to pay by Direct Debit, please contact the dedicated customer service team for your development who will help you set this up. The number for your building can be found on the 'Your Home' section.

Important

It is important that you pay your bills promptly each month. Your heat provider has instructed us to issue debt management letters if you do not pay on time.


If you don’t make full payments to us each month, you may be breaching the lease agreement you have with your heat provider. This may lead to enforcement action being taken against you.


If you are having any difficulty paying your bills, you should contact us as soon as possible. You may be eligible to pay off what you owe in manageable instalments through a Direct Debit payment plan.
