We offer bespoke metering network design, installation, commissioning, metering & billing, and customer service and maintenance solutions. We will work with you to understand your needs to advise on the best metering and billing solution for you and your scheme, whilst remaining compliant. We currently manage the metering, billing, and payment solutions for 230 buildings, servicing more than 28,000 homes in the UK.

Because we’re not an energy supplier, we can focus on providing metering and billing services that are convenient and reliable for heat suppliers, and yet fair and flexible for residents. Our aim is to protect you from the risks of operating heat network systems, be they reputational in dealings with residents, or financial in charging residents for their energy use.

Maintenance & ESCo Manager

 We create and deliver bespoke maintenance packages to cover end-to-end heat network assets, from plant room through to Heat Interface Units (HIUs) & meters within individual dwellings.
